SLED Charges Michigan Woman with Three Counts of Lottery Fraud in Two South Carolina Counties

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Keaysha Sincere Warren, 23, with Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets on Monday, August 31, 2026. She was booked into the Orangeburg - Calhoun Regional Detention Center in Orangeburg County. 

Warren was then transported and booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center in Richland County and charged with two counts of Intent to Defraud, Counterfeit Game Tickets on Monday, August 31, 2026.

The South Carolina Education Lottery requested the SLED investigation.

Details can be found in the attached warrants.   

The case will be prosecuted by the 1st and 5th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
