Bamberg County Celebrates President’s Circle and Individual Leadership Awards at South Carolina Litter Control Summit

Bamberg, South Carolina (September 23, 2026) – Bamberg County is celebrating two outstanding achievements following the South Carolina Litter Control Summit, presented by Palmetto Pride and Keep America Beautiful. Keep Bamberg County Beautiful (KBCB) received the prestigious 2025 President’s Circle Certificate of Recognition, while Bamberg County Litter Enforcement Officer Farrell Pulaski earned the Individual Leadership Award.
The President’s Circle recognition is awarded to certified Keep America Beautiful (KAB) affiliates that demonstrate outstanding performance in building and maintaining beautiful communities. Awardees meet KAB’s high standards by completing an annual Community Appearance Index, submitting required reports, maintaining affiliate certification, and demonstrating a commitment to community improvement.
Under the leadership of Executive Director Alisha Moore and the KBCB Board of Directors and Advisory Board, Rosa James, Stephone Glover, Detra Bruce, Jerry Bell, Tonya Stewart, Zakiryah Sellers, Joann Coleman, Wayne Anderson, Rosella Cooper, and Charnda Sanders Williams, Keep Bamberg County Beautiful successfully completed 100% of the requirements for the 2025 President’s Circle. The organization has also fulfilled all requirements for 2025, positioning KBCB to receive recognition for a second consecutive year.
Bamberg County Litter Enforcement Officer Farrell Pulaski received the Individual Leadership Award for his dedication to litter prevention, enforcement, and environmental stewardship. His commitment to addressing illegal dumping and promoting community accountability continues to support Bamberg County’s efforts to create cleaner and safer communities.
Additionally, Bamberg County Code Enforcement received a litter enforcement grant award from Palmetto Pride, further strengthening the county’s litter prevention initiatives.
